Costcotickets.com was released in 2017 and features Sports, Concerts and Theatre tickets for nationwide events in the USA. It is the first event tickets website to integrate with the Ticketmaster API for Ticketmaster Verified Tickets. The website displays category and event index pages, interactive or static seating maps and a responsive design to adjust to any screen or mobile device. The TicketsDirect logo was also created by Shauna Summers Design.
Costco Tickets Custom Checkout
CostcoTickets.com required a custom checkout that informed the client of the specific details regarding real-time purchasing of event tickets, including TicketMaster Verified tickets. Features included responsive design for mobile and desktop, step-by-step process, Costco.com membership verification, timer with real-time holding of selected tickets to ensure availability and instant electronic download of tickets after checkout is completed.
SeatZones
SeatZones.com was released in 2015 for the purpose of offering dynamic venue maps for integration with websites that distribute event tickets. SeatZones offers full customization, optional seat views, and more for your event ticket sale experience on desktop or mobile devices. The SeatZones logo was also designed by Shauna Summers Design.
McDonald's Tickets - Rio Olympics 2016
McdTickets.com was created for Rio 2016 Olympics ticket distribution in partnership with McDonald's. The responsive design with visual elements created a pleasing user interface and experience on all devices with minimal clicks needed for sales conversion.
Barry's Tickets Custom Checkout
BarrysTickets.com needed a custom checkout to handle the highly specialized industry of Sports, Concerts and Theater events. Goals that were achieved with this design assured the customer of their security, displayed specific cost breakdown for price transparency, captured customer email for the case of cart abandonment offer emails, created a step-by-step process, created a sense of urgency with a timer, display specific shipping / delivery options based on event ticket type, provide alternate payment methods including Paypal integration, provide electronic authorization method so that previously required fax-authorization could be avoided, allow for a discount code / or application of customer Loyalty Points as well as inform customer of Loyalty Points earned per purchase. All of these features led to increased conversion for desktop and mobile use with minimal customer service inquiries.
Barry's Tickets Mobile Website
BarrysTickets.com faced the challenge of a highly complicated event ticket inventory feed that only existed on a desktop optimized website. To expedite mobile sales, a mobile website with minimized content was the appropriate choice. Conversion increased dramatically with the use of a mobile friendly site.
